1. General Terms & Conditions

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may only one account can be opened. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all winnings will be voided. If multiple members of the same household share a device or network, please notify us in advance.

2.3 KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount, we carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. This process is in place for your own security.

3. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 1111vd at all times. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are processed in real time. Once a bet is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message. If a bet fails to go through due to network issues, it will be considered void — no amount will be deducted.

3.2 Match Cancellation & Postponement

• If a match is cancelled, all related bets will be fully refunded.
• If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• In live betting, wagers will not be accepted on outcomes of events that have already concluded.
• Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.

3.3 Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

3.4 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1111vd reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

4. Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on 1111vd can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. We currently do not support bank cards or international payment gateways.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• You must use your registered mobile number for deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet registered in your own name.

4.3 Transaction Security

All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. If any suspicious activity is detected, we may temporarily suspend your account and request additional information for verification.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1111vd platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

• Match Fixing: Attempting to predetermine the outcome of any match, or placing bets based on insider knowledge of such outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating accounts under multiple identities.
• Using another person's account: Accessing or using another person's account.
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback claim after payment has been received.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

1111vd reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason. However, we always follow a fair process.

7.1 Self-Exclusion Option

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before doing so. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, self-exclusion is also available.

7.2 Closure by Us

In the event of a rule violation, we may close an account without prior notice. Any valid balance will be returned through the standard process; however, winnings arising from rule violations will be forfeited.
